Read first. Apex Jet Tracker is a free, public-interest tool for visualizing aircraft position data broadcast over public ADS-B. It is not a navigation, flight-planning, or safety-of-life system. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

1. Acceptance

By accessing apex-jet-tracker-production.up.railway.app (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the Service

The Site aggregates publicly broadcast ADS-B aircraft position data from third-party feeds and public historical APIs. Positions, flight paths, fuel and CO₂ estimates, departure and arrival airports, and ownership labels are best-effort approximations derived from public sources.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.

3. Permitted Use

Personal, journalistic, educational, and public-interest viewing.
Linking to specific plane pages (e.g. /elon, /taylor).
Sharing screenshots and individual data points with attribution.

4. Prohibited Use

Automated scraping, bulk download, or mirroring of the Site or its APIs.
Reselling or sublicensing the data feed in any commercial product.
Using the data for navigation, air traffic control, dispatch, or any safety-of-life decision.
Using the data to harass, stalk, threaten, or endanger any individual.
Reverse-engineering, attacking, or attempting to disrupt the Site.

5. Identified Individuals

Aircraft tail numbers and ownership associations are sourced from public records, FAA registrations, press reporting, and community databases. Inclusion of a name does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or any current ownership claim.

If you are the subject of a tracked aircraft and believe inclusion creates a specific, documented safety risk, contact us using the address below and we will review in good faith.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Pro AI and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any displayed data.

8. Third-Party Data Sources

Data is licensed from OpenSky Network, adsb.fi, airplanes.live, planespotters.net, and OpenStreetMap contributors. Each retains its own license and terms. See the Attribution page.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
